I am commanded to acquaint you, for the information of Mr Secretary Labouchere, that the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury will take into consideration the estimates for the erection of a Central Police Station and a Police Station at Wong Tai Sin, Hong Kong, which accompanied your letter of the 15th instant, provided they be submitted by H.
